Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed.
Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your destination.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days due to increased order volume.

Order Changes & Shipping Details

We’ll do our best to make changes before your package is shipped, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days to verify your information. If we don’t receive a response in time, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to our courier partner, the shipment is under their responsibility.
If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at support@dmacty.com.
We’ll help guide you through the courier’s claims process and liaise with them on your behalf.
Please note that DMActy™ is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to assist you and, where possible, arrange a replacement.
If your shipment cannot be located, we recommend also filing a police report for verification purposes.
