Yes, DMActy ships worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and local postal service.

Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply in some countries and are the buyer’s responsibility. For the fastest delivery, we recommend ordering to a US address.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact support@dmacty.com with your order number and clear photos. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund when eligible.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Because our products are made to order, customized or personalized items may only be returned when there is a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Most orders require 1–3 business days for printing and preparation before shipment.

Standard US delivery usually takes an additional 2–5 business days, so most US customers receive their orders within approximately 5–8 business days in total.
