Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
  • The item must have been purchased directly from DMActy™
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The product must not be intentionally damaged or excessively worn
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of abnormal use, misuse, intentional damage, or excessive wear.


Insoles & Sizing Policy

DMActy™ Insoles are designed to fit standard shoe sizing and may be trimmed for a customized fit.

Because trimmed or modified insoles cannot be resold, we strongly recommend checking sizing carefully before cutting or altering the product.

If you experience sizing issues, please contact our support team before modifying the insoles. We will do our best to help provide:

  • sizing assistance
  • replacement options
  • exchange support
  • return guidance

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • a defective item
  • an incorrect product
  • or a missing item

Please include clear photo or video evidence so our team can review the issue quickly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • heavily worn products
  • trimmed or altered insoles
  • products damaged through misuse
  • final sale items
  • gift cards
  • promotional giveaway items

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return conditions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was shipped
  • the item arrived damaged
  • or the product is confirmed defective

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning an item, as DMActy™ is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.


Shipping Delays

DMActy™ works hard to ensure timely delivery on all orders.

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for refunds while the package remains in transit.

Delivered Orders & Fraud Prevention

If tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided during checkout, DMActy™ reserves the right to deny refund requests related to non-delivery claims.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • or review surrounding delivery areas before filing a claim
